August. The month we decided that sending Truman off to truck driving school was the course of action we were going to take. It will be nearly exactly a year to the date that he got his last paycheck from his previous job, and when he’ll be getting his first paycheck from his new job. A new career, potentially. I’m still not sure how we got through this last year with as much grace as we did. For sure, it took the generosity of friends and family.
Relatively few photos were taken during August. It was a busy month, we were readjusting to Georgia life, and adjusting to the idea of how different our life would be beginning in September. We also spent the last half of it running around and attempting to get everything that Truman would need to be away from us. It was a crazy, crazy month.
